With the WinServ E-mail Connector installed, your customer can send E-mail to a predefined account in your MS Exchange server.

After the E-mail is received the WinServ E-mail Connector reads the E-mail and interprets to the predefined rules and key words. The proper machine is selected by its serial num-ber and WinServ creates a service order automaticly according to given business rules.

The customer receives an E-mail as response when the service order is created in WinServ.
The customer can also have a comfirmation when the technician has finished the service order.

All actions are logged and can be used for later investigation.
