New WinServ version
Today we released the 2011.2 version of WinServ.We have made over 300 improvements and added some great new functionality. The new version is avaliable in WinServ Update.
 
Tips for your contract invoicing
 
Here are a some tips for your contract invoicing in WinServ.
Remember:
1) To set the correct year if you are already invoicing next years contracts.
2) To click Print Selection before clicking Create invoice.
3) To select the periods to be invoiced this time one at a time.
 
Design your own forms
 
With our brand new tool you can desgin and create your own forms for example quotes, service orders, confirmations and so on.
Make your own design in MS Word with logos, frames and anything else you wish. Thereafter you interconnect the desired fields from WinServ into the appropriate placement in your form. The only limit is you imagination.
