The individual concepts of passive buildings, modular design, and prefabricated construction are by no means new, but few attempts have been made at integrating all of these aspects into one building system.

In this project a building system for multifamily housing is designed that does exactly that. It is assembled from prefabricated volumetric modules that comply with Swedish passive building performance standards.

In addition, by giving the module a unique shape this building systems offers an endless variety of floorplan possibilities.
